About the role
Manage client applications end-to-end, assess credit scenarios, and coordinate with lenders to achieve timely approvals. Work closely with loan processors and senior brokers in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Work arrangement
Hybrid, work from home Tuesday and Friday; in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at Macquarie Park.
Key responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications from lodgment through to settlement
- Use Broker Engine, FLEX, and AOL systems daily
- Maintain clear communication with clients and lenders
- Support credit analysis and documentation quality
